How do I return an item/s?
- Enter your email address and order number above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the item/s you wish to return.
- Once the return request is approved by one of the team, usually within 1-2 working days, you will receive an email on how to return the item/s back to us.
What items can you return?
- You can return your item/s within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- The item/s must be in original condition.
- All item/s must be in their original untampered and undamaged packaging for resale.
- If you ordered an in-stock Rug, Furniture, or Lighting item then please note that we only offer store credit.
- We cannot accept returns of Face Masks.
Are there any charges for returning an item?
- There are no charges to return an item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the costs of sending the item back.
- If you received free delivery (as part of an offer, or qualifying spend) but would like to return the item/items, our standard delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund.
How soon will I get my refund?
- You must return your item to KIN within 10 days of the approval being granted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 12 working days.
