We are really excited to share some amazing NEW products from HAY.
Leading the collection is Quilton, a sofa series designed by London-based design studio, Doshi Levien. A multi-functional sofa with the flexibility of a modular system, aptly described by the two designers, Nipa Doshi and Jonathan Levien as a 'quilted landscape sofa system'. In our opinion the generous modular sofa design pairs great comfort with elegance.
It is an ample sofa without sacrificing delicate details, like the classic stitches that define its surface and the skilled hand craftsmanship of the upholstery. The raised rounded platform of the sofa gives it a light, floating quality and thanks to its flexible nature, the Quilton can make a visual impact in any number of spaces.
The Quilton sofa is also available as a stand alone 3 seater version shown below with the new HAY Kofi Coffee Table. Designed by Norwegian designer Martin Solem for HAY, Kofi is a range of elegant and versatile glass-topped coffee tables. The clean simplicity of the dimensions and proportions is highlighted by the close attention to detail, resulting in uncluttered aesthetics with distinct lines and a timeless quality. Available in both rectangular or square and in lacquered oak, walnut or black here.
The NEW Slant Table Lamp by HAY, sculptural in design has clean lines, and defies gravity with its weighted base that ensures it is perfectly balanced. It's made from aluminium with a wet spray satin finish to create a smooth surface, it utilises a standard retro fit bulb, hidden away behind the lamp’s acrylic diffuser, which softly distributes the light. All the components are concealed within to retain the clean, elemental silhouette. Available in Soft Black, White and Olive here.
Last but certainly not least is the release of the NEW Two-Colour Table designed by Muller Van Severen for HAY. The table series features robust steel tube legs and a tabletop crafted in organic coloured Valchromat, a unique kind of robust MDF material that is FSC-certified and features a water-based lacquer.
