Damages, errors and faults

In the unfortunate circumstance that you have encountered damage upon delivery, or there is a fault or error of an item in use, we are here to help. We kindly ask you to complete the below claim form including as much information as possible about the issue. We aim to respond to claims within 48 hours, although some more complex cases may take longer. If a claim needs to be raised by us to the brand of the claimed item, we will be subject to the claim processing and handling time of that brand. Please keep all original packaging, as we may be required to return damaged or faulty items.
