If your enquiry is regarding an order placed:
Please note that due to COVID-19, we are currently operating on a reduced team, and fulfilling orders from both our studio, and the physical store. Orders may require items from either or both of these locations, so please therefore allow up to 3 working days for us to dispatch your order to our delivery partners. Please note that orders are collected by our delivery partners on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). If your order is received on a weekend (Saturday to Sunday), please allow up to 3 working days from the following Monday.
If your enquiry is regarding an order placed containing pre-order items:
Please note that once an order is received containing any pre-order items, those items will then be reserved from our incoming stock. We usually expect to receive incoming stock within 2-3 weeks or less, however this may change depending on circumstances beyond our control. If there is a longer than anticipated delay on any items, we will endeavour to let you know immediately by email. Please note that we will only dispatch orders once all items (including any pre-order items) are in stock.
If your enquiry is regarding a brand submission:
