Made-to-order items
We sell a range of made-to-order items. This means that the item is produced specifically for you once an order has been placed. Made-to-order items are subject to an initial production lead-time as specified on the product page. We have included more information on this process below.
Find your piece
Once you've found a design piece you like, you will be able to see the production lead-time of the item. This production lead-time is an estimate from the brand, and in most cases is a true representation of the actual lead-time.
Customise it
Next you will be able to configure the item from a range of different colour or wood options and fabrics, and add to your basket. If we have any questions at all on the configuration, we will reach out to you within 24 hours.
We'll email you
Once your order has been placed we'll check the details, and place the order with the brand. You will receive an email from us shortly after to confirm the details of your made-to-order purchase. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Made with love
Your item will be produced by experienced crafts people. If there are any changes to the production lead-time, we will email you as soon as possible. Delays can occur due to unexpected high damand, a shortage of raw materials or transport.
Delivery
Once the item has been produced, it will be shipped to us from the brand. Please allow 1-2 weeks on top of the production lead-time for the items to be delivered to us. Once delivered to us, we can arrange onward delivery to you.
