RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to return all, or part of your order to us within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns on 'made to order' item(s), as these are designated as ‘Bespoke and customised goods’ under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and are exempt from cancellation rights.

If you wish to return all, or part of your order to us, please log into your customer account and select 'request return' against the order you wish to return. You can log into your customer account by entering the email address you used to place the order, and a 6 digit security code which will be sent on email. Once the request is accepted, you will receive an email from us with the details on how to complete the return. Any return requests submitted over 14 days of the delivery of your order will be rejected.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of sending the item(s) back to us. We do not provide free return labels at this time. We strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier to send the item(s) back to us, and that you use a tracked an insured service. If any returned item(s) are damaged in transit back to us, we cannot accept the item(s) for a refund. The item(s) must be returned in their original undamaged and untampered packaging ready for resale, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable percentage of the item(s) value.

Once the item(s) has been received, checked and accepted, a return notification will be sent. Card processing and bank clearing times apply, so please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to clear onto your original payment method.

The right to return item(s) under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies only to personal customers. Where any item(s) are bought for business purposes (such as photo shoots), they are exempt from cancellation rights.

 

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Any ‘made to order’ item(s) are purchased directly from the brand/manufacturer specifically at our customers request. If an item is 'made to order' this will be indicated on the product page, and a production lead-time shown. We also confirm orders containing a 'made to order' item(s) in a separate email following your order. These types of items are designated as ‘Bespoke and customised goods’ under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are exempt from cancellation rights.

All ‘made to order’ products are subject to an initial production lead-time. The production lead-times stated on our website are reasonable estimates, and based information provided to us by the brand/manufacturer. We cannot be held liable, or compensate for any changes to this production lead-time following your order. Please note that this production lead-time does not include the shipping time to us, and then onward shipping to you.

In the vast majority of cases, the production lead-time stated is accurate, however in some cases there may be problems with over-demand or quality/production issues in manufacturing, which in turn lead to delays with the production of your order. In these cases we will keep you informed as best we can, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

If your order contains other items that are in stock, please note that these items will be dispatched once made-to-order items are in stock. The delivery cost applied at the checkout is based on full shipment of all the items. We can make provision to dispatch items earlier, however please note that extra shipping charges may apply.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We may automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, when you visit our site, we may log your device operating system type, browser type, browser language, pages you have viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times, internet protocol address, and information about your use of and actions on our site. 

If you sign up to our newsletter, then every email we send you will contain an unsubscribe link.

If you place an order, your payment details are held by our third party payment processor (Shopify) and we do not have access to these details. We only have access to information required to complete your order (your name, and contact details).
