COVID-19 UPDATE:

We are still sending orders - but delivery services may be slightly slower than the usual timings shown below due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Standard Delivery should be with you within 2-5 working days once the order is dispatched. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for this service.

Express Delivery should be with you within 1-2 working days once the order is dispatched. We use UPS Standard for this service.

Both Royal Mail and UPS are operating a contactless delivery services to your door.

PLEASE NOTEDue to COVID-19 restrictions, KIN is currently running on a reduced team of fewer than two, following all official UK government advice. We are continuing to fulfil orders from both a home studio, and the physical store. Orders may require items from either or both of these locations, so please therefore allow up to 3 working days for us to dispatch your order. Orders are fulfilled on week days only (Monday to Friday). If your order is received on a weekend please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch from the following Monday.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. For some postcodes your order may take a little longer to reach you.

Express deliveries are made by UPS between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries made by UPS will require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, your order may be left in a safe place (if this has been nominated by you), or your order will be taken to your closest UPS Access Point for collection. You will need to take the 'sorry we missed you' card, and a form of ID when collecting your order from a UPS Access Point.

KIN cannot accept liability if you fail to receive your order due to the following circumstances:

A change of delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

The item is accepted by a reception or concierge service at your chosen delivery address, that is subsequently lost or stolen. This would need to be taken up with the company or person/s signing for, or accepting the delivery on your behalf.

 


COLLECTION FROM KIN

Orders are usually available for collection within 2 working days. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process.

Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to notify you. If you have selected to have delivery notifications by text message this will also be sent to you. Please bring a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID with you on collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then they will need the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.

Orders will be held for 14 days, after which they will be returned to the KIN warehouse and a refund processed.
