DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail Tracked 48 between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. For some postcodes your order may take a little longer to reach you.

KIN cannot accept liability if you fail to receive your order due to the following circumstances:

A change of delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

The item is accepted by a reception or concierge service at your chosen delivery address, that is subsequently lost or stolen. This would need to be taken up with the company or person/s signing for, or accepting the delivery on your behalf.

 


COLLECTION FROM KIN

Orders are usually available for collection within 2 working days. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process.

Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to notify you. If you have selected to have delivery notifications by text message this will also be sent to you. Please bring a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID with you on collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then they will need the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.

Orders will be held for 14 days, after which they will be returned to the KIN warehouse and a refund processed.
